How long does each tin last?
This will depend on each user, and how much makeup they use during their applications. See the graphic directly above for average usage (per product type).
What is shipping time?
This can honestly vary a bit depending on which warehouse your products were shipped from. However, when all the stars are aligned, from order to your door is about a week.
What if I don’t like it?
Trying SEINT products is absolutely risk free. You have 30 days to decide whether or not you love them. If you don’t, you can return them for a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s not possible to modify. Because items are often shipped out the next day, orders are processed extremely fast. We don’t have a phone number for customer service, so sending an email takes a day or two for reply and by then the order has usually left the warehouse.
Colour match isn’t right?
While I strive to match you perfectly, an often bouncing my ideas off other Artists to confirm, sometimes matching via picture is tough. Not to worry though, you have 60 days for a shade swap if the shade(s) I chose aren’t working for you.

Anything else I should know?
Taking care of your products is easy but there are few things I like to share when people get started.
Unwanted melting : If you leave your makeup case in your car, on your deck, or anywhere in the sunshine, the product in the tins WILL MELT. It would be quite a mess so be sure to always keep out of the sun.
When you want to melt them down: You will get to the bottoms of those tins at some point and there will be product on the sides that you can still use up! You can SAFELY melt the product down on your stove in a frying pan on LOW heat. There are some other tricks using a flat iron, but I don’t trust myself not to spill. It takes just a quick minute for the product to become liquid. When its melted, turn the heat off and let the product cool entirely before you try to move it to avoid spilling.
Be sure to read about brush care (there is a video showing how to clean using either a Norwex Body Cloth, or our Brush Cleanser). Keeping your brushes clean and sanitized will make sure you product goes on flawlessly and your makeup looks fabulous.
