It is best to setup your account right from your very first order. You are given a customer number and this makes tracking your orders and any customer service questions a snap with easy to access order history. Scroll to the bottom of the home page to find the option.
YES! We ship to the U.S and Canada. I have customers in both countries; be sure to make sure the right flag shows at the bottom of the page in order to show accurate pricing info for your country.

Add your all of your tins to your cart first. Click on “makeup” to see highlights, contours, lip colors, eyeshadows etc.
**Don’t add your compatc/palette until you click “checkout” you will be prompted then to shop the compacts using the credits you have available, depending on how many qualifying tins you are purchasing.
Once you have added your compact, go ahead and submit your order! Shipping is fast and on average its about a week from order to door (or mailbox).
